Hebrew Home For the Aged | New York
The East Building at the Hebrew Home for the Aged is located in Riverdale, Bronx, New York. It was the last building constructed as part of a master plan that included several additions to an existing facility on the Hudson River overlooking the Palisades. We were honored to have the opportunity to put the finishing touches on this wonderful campus!
Eger Health Care & Rehabilitation Center | New York
We were awarded the interior and exterior renovation contract of this 378 bed nursing facility. The project entailed upgrading and replacing essential building components & systems which affect the building’s integrity. Our goal was to enable the facility to continue to support the patients’ quality of life and clinical needs with our interior and exterior refurbishments.
Trenton State Prison | New Jersey
Trenton State Prison is a correctional facility for approximately 800 men. It borders downtown Trenton and therefore it was critical for the design to be sensitive to the surrounding areas. The outdoor recreational spaces were turned inward and the building itself became the screening for these areas.
When designing a structure whose aim is not to be noticed, a different, creative approach must be taken. Our primary concern was the safety and peace of all Trenton, NJ residents.
